We take our role in supporting patient safety very seriously and ensure that our facilities and processes not only comply with the latest guidance and legislation, but address the needs of local infection prevention and control requirements.

Managing the risk of cross infection, and ensuring products are safe for use, all our cleaning and decontamination facilities are equipped with state of the art washing machines to comply with infection control procedures. Annual audits are completed to ensure workflow efficiencies, and in addition we conduct an annual ATP swab test of the cleaning facility to ensure high levels of decontamination are achieved.

Our cleaning and decontamination service centre team follow stringent procedures to meet infection control policies.
All our service vehicles are cleaned and decontaminated weekly as standard. Cleaning is also carried out each time a contaminated product is collected.
A controlled area where cleaning and maintenance is undertaken follows a strict path pertinent to each part of the cleaning and repair process.
The controlled area is cleaned daily, thoroughly cleaned weekly and deep cleaned monthly.
